Gmada Purab Apartments

Gmada has started development for “Purab Apartments”, on 50 acres of land. A total of 1620, 15-storeyed apartments, will be constructed in Sector 88, which will include 300 apartments with single bed room accommodation, 600 apartments with two bed rooms accommodation and 720 apartments having three bed rooms accommodation. The Allotted price of these apartments was pegged at Rs. 37 lac, Rs. 55 lac and Rs. 69 lac respectively. The project worth Rs. 800 Crores is proposed to be completed by September 2016. The work of construction of these apartments has been allotted to M/s Simplex Infrastructure. The project once materialised will offer state of the art living facilities to the occupants, as the locality will include a community centre, convenient shopping booths, UGSR, a swimming pool, 2 basket ball courts, 2 volley ball courts, a skating rink, provision of lifts, fire fighting equipments, pipe metered LPG/NPG and various sports facilities. The work of preparing the structural designs of these apartments was entrusted to M/s Mahimtura Consultabts Private Ltd., Mumbai. The project has already been granted the required environmental clerance from SEIAA.
