SCO In Sector 88-89 Mohali | Landpooling Plots
A total of 2237 residential plots of various sizes including 457 plots of 100 sq yds, 596 plots of 200 sq yds., 548 plots of 300 sq yds. 190 plots of 400 sq yds. & 446 plots of 500 sq yds have been carved out in these sectors to be allotted to the land owners of land pooling scheme. Against 1 acre of land acquired, a land owner will be allotted a residential plot of 1000 sq yds and commercial plot of 100 sq yds. The land owners were given option of cash compensation as well as of land pooling against their acquired land. Land owners will have the option of having size of plots according to their choice. For example against 1 acre of land acquired the land owner can have plots of size of 500,400,100 sq.Yard 500,300 or 200 sq.Yard.
In case of commercial land to be allotted no option would be given to the land owner in choosing the size. Commercial space will be allotted in a preferential manner going from big to small size. Allottement of booth residential & commercial sites will be done through draw of lots. Land owners can apply for land pooling jointly or in dependently. Booth will be allotted instead of a site in case of land acquired from 10 sq.Yard to 40 sq.Yard. There booths will be constructed by gmada, but cost of construction to be incurred will be paid in advance by land owners. The letter of intent of sector 88-89 land pooling plots is transferable by way of sale, gift, or otherwise with the prior permission of estate officer, gmada, sas nagar subject to payment of 2.5% of the price of the plot at scheme rate. Processing fee and service tax will be charged extra.
