Location is excellent and will be very near to Chandigarh once 200 ft international airport road is in place. New Sunny enclave has multiple connectivity’s and surrounded by three highways as mentioned below. The average rate of residential plot in old sunny (Sector 125) there is somewhere between 20 to 40K PSY depends upon the location (proximity to road, park, east facing, and size). The bypass will have more impact on the prices of Sector 123/124 (though Sector 125 rates will also appreciate).

Mohali-Kharar ByPass:
